This notice explains how personal data is handled on this website, in line with Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.
Who is responsible
I, Josefina Miró Quesada Gayoso, am responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach me through the contact form.
What data is collected and why
The contact form asks for your name, email address, the reason for your message and the message itself. This data is used only to read and reply to your message. It is not used for marketing, and it is not sold or shared with anyone else.
The form is sent only if you give your consent by ticking the box. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Service providers
To run the website and deliver messages, the following providers process data on my behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, protects the form against spam (Turnstile), delivers the contact form messages by email (Email Service) and measures visits anonymously (Web Analytics).
- Google (Gmail) is where the messages are received.
These providers may process data outside Peru, including in the United States.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
YouTube videos load only when you press play. At that point YouTube may collect data under its own privacy policy. Links to X, Instagram, Substack and other websites take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How long data is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up on your request, and for no more than two years.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing through the contact form. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
